Board governance

Meetings & agendas

Meetings are the primary governance instrument. LOOM structures every meeting end-to-end: an agenda builder with numbered sections, pre-population of carry-forward items and Chair's Actions from the previous meeting, report submissions per agenda item, attendee management, and a complete record of minutes and action points — all bound to the same session.

  • Pre-agenda auto-population: overdue actions and Chair's Actions appear before the meeting opens
  • Agenda builder with numbered sections, governance area codes, and SVP lens framing
  • Reports submitted directly against each agenda item
  • Minutes and action capture per item — assigned owner, due date, and context
  • Suggestions panel flags governance gaps and member-submitted items
  • Board packs and formal minutes exported as formatted PDFs

Why it matters

When someone needs to understand why a decision was made six months ago, everything they need is in one place — agenda, reports, who was present, what was resolved, and what was left to do.
